Cape Cod Fence is proud to supply expertly crafted, Amish-built sheds and buildings in a wide variety of sizes and colors and options. These storage buildings can be used as bath houses or boat houses, kennels, stables, studios, potting sheds, construction offices, cabanas, or even as a garage. CONSTRUCTION
All of our small buildings are built to last, with 4x4 pressure treated timber foundations, 5/8" exterior grade plywood sheathing or siding, 2"x3" or 2"x4" framing and subfloor, reinforced doors, self-sealing asphalt shingles, and aluminum windows with screens.

PROPERTY TAX EXEMPTION
Connecticut's Hartford and Litchfield counties exempt structures under 2,000 square feet from tax. Your local town offices or building department will assist you with any additional regulations applicable to your particular town.

GABLE STYLE Gable style sheds and garages offer versatility, clean lines and will complement any style home. The gable garages offer the options for higher walls and vents, and many choices in trim, roof and siding.	GABLE WITH PORCH A shady porch graces these gable sheds, which are good as a pool house or small home office. Model shown features a space above the porch in the open loft area for overhead storage.
QUAKER BUILDINGS The versatile Quaker style allows you to easily customize your shed by adding a vent, vertical slider, window upgrade, ridge vent, gable vent, porch or extra door.	BARN STYLE Our collection of barn-style buildings come with the option of 4' or 5' walls. Choose from a variety of trim, roof and siding styles. These barns are perfect for use as tool or storage sheds.
GARAGES Barn style garages offer convenience and a design that is complementary to any home. The option for having higher walls can allow for plenty of loft space overhead.	PLAYHOUSES Add some fun to your back yard with a playhouse that any child will love!  Siding, trim, size and roof options let you create a playhouse to match your property or create something completely different.
CARRIAGE HOUSES & COTTAGES Each of these classic cottages and carriage houses is available in vinyl or wood, in a variety of sizes, with many options for trim, siding and roof style.	CAPE COD & VILLAGER STYLES These sheds are practical and can easily double as home offices or pool houses.  A variety of options allows you to best compliment your property.
GARDEN BUILDINGS Enjoy the convenience of a utility shed with the clean lines of a building that fits well into any property. This 8x12 vinyl shed shows the optional vent and metal roof.	HORSE STALLS Horse Haven stalls and sheds are delivered assembled and are available in many configurations. Options include metal roof and siding.
